Level: Entry-Intermediate

  • 6 Months To 2 Years Experience In Similar Roles
  • Thorough Knowledge Of Various Quality Standards Such As Api 598, API Q1, API 600, API 609, And Api 6D.
  • Documentation Knowledge Of ISO And API
  • Experienced In Manufacturing Systems Along With Documentation Process Control.
  • Evaluation Of Product And Equipment Compliances Against Requirements.
  • Documentation And Maintainance Of Records
  • Planning, Execution And Analyzation Of Tests
  • Coordination With Client/Vendor Regarding Various Quality Concerns.

Sr. Executive/Engineer - Stocks & Stores

  • 2 Year Experience In Similar Roles
  • Experience in Manufacturing Systems with Documentation Process Control.
  • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Optimize inventory control procedures
  • Manually inspect the levels of business supplies and raw material to identify shortages
  • Organize and Maintain the Stock Inventory and Store
  • Ensure tidiness and cleanliness in the Store
  • Record daily deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory
  • Use software to monitor demand and document characteristics of inventory
  • Place orders to replenish stock avoiding insufficiencies or excessive surplus
  • Analyze data to anticipate future needs
  • Evaluate suppliers to achieve cost-effective deals and maintain trust relationships
  • Collaborate with other staff to ensure business goals are met
  • Report to upper management on stock levels, issues etc.
  • Diploma/Degree in either Engineering, Business Administration or Logistics.
  • Knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
  • Working knowledge of inventory management software (e.g. ERP)
  • An analytical mind with strong math skills

Engineer/Executive - Marketing & Sales
