Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Production Engineering, or equivalent.
  • 6 months to 1 year experience in a similar quality-focused role within the manufacturing or industrial equipment sector.
  • Knowledge of quality standards, documentation practices, and compliance processes.
  • Familiarity with engineering drawings, basic measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers), and inspection methods.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, basic documentation tools, and maintaining digital records.
  • Strong skills in time management, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning, executing, and analyzing quality inspections and tests.
  • Document and maintain comprehensive quality records, test reports, and audit trails.
  • Coordinate with clients and vendors regarding quality-related inquiries and documentation requirements.
  • Support in tracking non-conformances, corrective actions, and preventive measures.
  • Help maintain drawing approvals, calibration records, and QA documentation in compliance with standards.

  • Analyze tender requirements for technical, commercial, and compliance aspects.
  • Prepare and submit accurate technical and commercial bids in coordination with internal teams.
  • Manage end-to-end tender submission, follow-ups, and client communications.
  • Maintain records and documentation for all tenders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, authorities, and channel partners.
