Flush Bottom Valves — also known as Reactor Bottom Valves or Tank Bottom Valves — are mounted directly at the base of reactors, vessels, and storage tanks to ensure 100% discharge of contents with no residual accumulation.

In pharmaceutical manufacturing, chemical processing, and food & beverage production, incomplete discharge isn’t just an operational inefficiency — it’s a contamination risk. Dead legs allow material to accumulate, harbour bacteria, and compromise batch integrity. JossMin’s Flush Bottom Valves are designed specifically to eliminate this risk.

 

At JossMin, we manufacture Flush Bottom Valves in Ball and E-Seg / C-Seg obturator designs, with Inclined or Straight Bonnet configurations, available up to 400NB — standard or fully custom-engineered to your vessel and process requirements. Our Electro-Pneumatic Flush Bottom Valves, equipped with a Pneumatic Rotary Actuator, Solenoid Valve, Position Indicator, and AFR, provide seamless on-off, modulating, and batching operation. Manual variants with SS Hand Lever are also available.
